 Luis David Montero | Portland Trail Blazers (NBA) inked 22-year old Dominican shooting guard Luis David Montero (203-93). He just graduated from South Plains JC (JUCO). The previous (13-14) season Montero played at Westchester CC. In 15 games he averaged impressive 15.4ppg, 5.8rpg and 2.9apg in 2013-14 season. He has never been drafted by the NBA.
