 Matias Ruger | Atletico Ferrocarril Concordia (TFB) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old power forward Matias Ruger (200-91) from Estudiantes La Plata Buenos Aires. Ruger ended the previous (2014-15) season at SL Chivilcoy (TNA) where in 12 games he recorded 9.6ppg and 6.8rpg. But the most of that year he spent at Sport Club.
