 Dion Dixon | Marinos de Anzoategui (LPB) signed 27-year old American point guard Dion Dixon (190-89, college: Cincinnati). It is actually his comeback to Puerto La Cruz as he played here before. Dixon played recently at Sagesse in Lebanese Pepsi LBL, but left the team earlier this month. In 8 games he had very impressive stats: 20.6ppg, 3.8rpg, 3.9apg and 1.9spg this season. Three years ago (a year after he left the college) Dixon was drafted by Idaho Stampede (D-League) in fifth round (72nd overall).... |
