 Luis Flores | BC Nokia (Korisliiga) landed 35-year old Dominican guard Luis Flores (188-81, college: Manhattan, agency: 011 Sports). He played in the summer at Guaros in Venezuelan LPB league. In 22 games he averaged 8.7ppg, 2.1rpg, 1.4apg and 1.0spg. In 2004 Brooklyn Kings selected him as fifth overall pick in USBL draft.
