 David Nesbitt | It is with immeasurable sadness that FIBA on Sunday confirmed the passing of Patrick Baumann, FIBA Secretary General and International Olympic Committee (IOC) member. Despite receiving immediate medical attention, he suddenly and unexpectedly succumbed to a heart attack during the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
