 Jordan Glynn | BSN League President Carlos Beltran announced his resignation effective on October 31. Beltran leaves his position as league president after seven seasons. The announcement came at the league meeting held on Tuesday. Beltran took control of the league in 2009 after a controversial exit by former president Felo Rivera.
